Dear Emma, thanks for your reflections on crafting a new career. Some of it sounds very familiar, although I seem to be better at doing nothing ;-) But yes, transitioning is a process, for me as well. And sometimes it feels better and sometimes worrying - but in my case I'm sure I would not want to go back to my "old" career. Hope to catch up again soon! Caroline
